 Applicants must commute daily to Yorktown Heights and live within New York (not outside the USA). English proficiency is essential for higher salaries, with experienced techs (over 5 years of experience and significant tools) earning up to $45/hr. Intermediate techs (2-5 years of experience and moderate tools) can earn up to $25/hr. Apprentices (less than 2 years of experience) start at $16/hr. All applicants must be willing to work overtime, weekends, continue learning, and adapt to shop processes. Enthusiasm and the right attitude are mandatory for all levels. Intermediate and experienced techs must also be able to write diagnostic reports; apprentices are not required to write reports.

A Tech. Experienced Technicians:

• Commute: Must commute daily to Yorktown Heights.
• Residency: Must live within New York (not outside the USA).
• Language: Must be fluent in English.
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience.
• Tools: Significant investment in tools.
• Skills: High production skills.
• Salary Expectation: Up to $45 per hour.
• Attitude: Must have the right attitude, be trainable, and coachable.
• Reports: Must be able to write detailed diagnostic reports.
• Work Commitment: Willing to work overtime and weekends if necessary.
• Learning: Must be willing to continue training and adopt new technologies and systems.

B Tech. Intermediate Technicians:

• Commute: Must commute daily to Yorktown Heights.
• Residency: Must live within New York (not outside the USA).
• Language: Should have a good command of English.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience.
• Tools: Moderate investment in tools.
• Skills: Developing skills with a willingness to improve.
• Salary Expectation: Up to $25 per hour.
• Attitude: Must demonstrate a strong attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reports: Must be able to write diagnostic reports.
• Work Commitment: Willing to work overtime and weekends if necessary.
• Learning: Must be willing to train after work hours and adopt new technologies and systems.

C Tech. Apprentice Technicians:

• Commute: Must commute daily to Yorktown Heights.
• Residency: Must live within New York (not outside the USA).
• Language: Basic English proficiency is acceptable.
• Experience: Less than 2 years of experience.
• Tools: Basic tools.
• Skills: Enthusiastic about learning.
• Salary Expectation: $16 per hour.
• Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
• Work Commitment: Willing to work overtime and weekends if necessary.
• Learning: Must be willing to train and study after work hours and adopt new technologies and systems.
